Refund policy

We have a 3 day replacement policy in case where the product itself is damaged or the product couldn’t be consumed due to non-consumable nature of the product (spoiled or rotten products only), which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request for a replacement only in cases mentioned below.

Refunds at Flavours of Amritsar, are subject to the following conditions –

  • If the products are unavailable and the payment has already been made.

  • If the product was lost in transit and the delivery remained incomplete.

  • Customer reserves the right whether they wanted to accept replacement for the lost product or if they want a refund.

  • When all of the above conditions are satisfied and you think you are eligible for a refund, Kindly write us on contact@flavoursofamritsar.com within 3 days and we’ll take care of the rest.

Replacements at Flavours of Amritsar, are subject to the following conditions –

  • If the product was damaged upon delivery, Customer must share unboxing video and 2 pictures of the damaged products received.

  • Customer should send order number, invoice details, contact number, unboxing video & clear images of the damaged products in order to be eligible for a faster replacement.

  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

  • Customer must inform us of the spoiled/damaged product within 3 days of receiving the item on email-:contact@flavoursofamritsar.com

  • We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained.

  • We will work with you on providing an amicable solution.

  • Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and confirmed your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@flavoursofamritsar.com.
